The Eos Hotel, named after the Greek goddess of the
dawn, is the beginning of a new concept in hotels, a concentration of
tradition and cutting-edge, a pilot structure that shies away from the
traditional notion of hôtellerie by proposing 15 different types of
rooms, united by a design in close harmony with the architecture, the
colours, the materials and the distinctive features of Salento. Positioned
in the immediate vicinity of Porta S. Biagio, gateway to the Old Town
and the most exclusive haunts in Lecce, the hotel arose from a team
project, a competition in interior design planning that involved several
young architects and craftsmen from the area in the research into and
production of every single detail..
